What happens if the ordered product is not available?
In the rare event that the product you ordered is unavailable due to market shortages or manufacturer discontinuation, we will do our best to offer a similar product that matches your original order. Before dispatch, we will seek your approval via email, ensuring you are satisfied with the substitute. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make sure you’re happy with what you receive.
What happens if there is no one at the delivery address during delivery?
If no one is available to accept the delivery at your address when the courier arrives, the order will not be considered delayed, and we will not be responsible for cancellations, refunds, or liability in this case. To avoid such situations, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery.
How much are the delivery charges?
We offer delivery charges based on your order’s invoice value.This ensures you only pay for delivery according to your order size!
What is the estimated delivery time?
We understand that waiting for your delicious masalas can be hard! Here’s a rough guide to when you can expect your order:

- Other Regions: 5-7 business days.
Please note that a business day excludes Saturdays and Sundays, so keep that in mind while tracking your delivery!

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.)?
We believe in complete transparency! There are no hidden charges except for applicable Octroi charges in certain regions. The price you see is the price you pay, no surprises.

If we are unable to deliver your order, we’ll issue a full refund. However, we cannot be held responsible for any indirect costs, such as lost profits or emotional stress. In cases of unavoidable delays due to weather or unexpected circumstances, we promise to refund 100% of your money.
Does SND Masala deliver to international destinations?
At the moment, we are focusing on delivering within India only. However, you are welcome to purchase items and have them delivered as gifts to friends and family in India.
