We do not accept any returns. All products ordered are non-returnable.
At SND Masala, we strive to ensure that our customers are happy with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our policy regarding order cancellations and refunds to make sure you’re informed and your experience with us is smooth.
Order Cancellation
We allow order cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time. If you’d like to cancel your order, please reach out to us before this window closes to be eligible for a refund. Once the 48-hour delivery window has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
For Courier Deliveries: Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
To request a cancellation, simply send an email with the subject line “Cancellation Request” to sndmasala@gmail.com. Please include the following details in your email:
- Order ID:
- Cancellation Reason:
- Refund Account Details:
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it accordingly. Please note that cancellations can only be initiated once we have your formal request.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order within the eligible window.
- Non-Delivery: If the order was not delivered to the recipient. (Note: This does not include cases where the recipient could not be reached).
- Product Quality Issues: If you find that the product does not meet the expected quality standards, we will investigate your concern. If the complaint is valid, we will offer a full refund or replace the product.
Important Notes:
- Refund requests can only be made in case of service failure, as determined by our team. We will assess if your order qualifies for a refund, and the decision made by our management is final.
- The refund amount will never exceed the amount paid for the product and will not cover any other loss or claims.
- Shipping Charges: You will be responsible for paying one-way shipping costs if you choose to cancel your order.
Cancellation Charges
Please be aware that a 5% cancellation fee will apply for all cancelled orders. You will receive the Refunded amount / Credited (After deductions) within 7 days from the date of cancellation.
Exemptions
- Discounts or Exemptions: Any products purchased using discounts or exemptions will not be eligible for a refund.
- Changes to Policy: We may update or modify this policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
